The apartment, located on the 1st and last floor,
is fully furnished and is divided into two rooms:
a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a small balcony
and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
You will have all the accessories available to start the day in the best possible way:
a coffee machine, a microwave, a plate for toasting bread
and an electric juicer. In addition, various packaged products for breakfast.
The holiday home
The strong point of this apartment is certainly the tranquility of the place, which does not overlook busy streets but is surrounded by the quiet of the vineyards.
In the bedroom there is a small balcony overlooking the vineyards from which to enjoy the sunrise, sunset or the beautiful moon.
An outdoor table is at your disposal for breakfasts, appetizers or dinners; the kitchen is super equipped with dishes and pots ready to use.
We provide shower towels, towels and single-dose shower-shampoo.
A makeup station and a hairdryer are also available.
Wi-fi & Self Check-In
Wi-Fi: Internet connection in all rooms; in the living room a smart-TV to watch your favorite programs.
Check-in: quick and easy, you will receive instructions through photos and videos.
You will be provided with a code to open the safe and collect the keys.
Check-in is usually available from 15:00 to 24:00, while check-out can be done before 10:30am.
On request, if there are no other reservations, we can bring forward or postpone the arrival and departure times.
Being an independent check-in, for security reasons, a camera has been installed in the common areas of the condominium that records the entry and exit of each guest.
Private Parking
Private outdoor parking space equipped with a remote control that you will find inside the safe deposit box.
A common staircase will take you to the 1st floor where the apartment is located.
